What's NEW on Healthy Body, Heal-thy Body?

So one thing I have discovered in the last 5 months (which is a reaccuring lesson) is that do to several factors that play into life, it is very difficult for ME to stay on a consistant healthy living plan. Factors that may play into this ...

  • Addiction to sugar - yikes!
  • Meditation? What's that? -doing better ;)
  • Getting older - yikes again!
  • Laziness
  • Emotional issues that continually arise
  • Not being clear on my "Fill Line" - Therefore being overwhelmed
  • Short attention span
  • Too busy perhaps?
  • Bored with the same old food and workout schedule
  • I hate missing out on really delicious, yet fatty foods :(
  • Forgetting to slow down
  • Comparing self to what I "should" be doing or what "others" do -- anyone feel that one with me?

...To name a few.

I have also realized that we all need a place to get new, helpful information about being healthy inside and out. We also need support! I have a few ideas that I'm excited to share, but first I want to know what is inhibiting YOU from healthy living on a consistant basis?
